The SVIA's Government Relations Office gathers, analyzes, and disseminates information affecting the ATV industry. The Government Relations Office also serves as a voice on behalf of the ATV industry at the state and federal government levels.

The SVIA also provides comprehensive information on existing laws, regulations, and other initiatives to legislative, regulatory, and law enforcement bodies, member companies, and related organizations.
