Offer free hands-on training to first-time purchasers and their eligible family members. Participate in the dealer loan program for ATVs to be used in training. Include a safety video with each new ATV purchased.
Conduct monitoring of dealerships to ensure that sales personnel adhere to the dealer agreement with the manufacturer to sell the right size ATV for use by the intended rider.
